Jarrah Honey is extracted from eucalyptus trees that grow naturally in this untouched natural environment.
Characteristics of honey
Jarrah Honey is a deep amber to dark brown color, and has a rich, flavorful taste reminiscent of brown sugar and nuts, but is also mildly sweet.
This honey is very smooth and does not crystallize easily.

Source of Jarrah Honey
Jarrah is a large eucalyptus tree (marble eucalyptus) that grows only in southwestern Australia.
Some of these trees take hundreds of years to grow into large trees over 30 meters tall. They have hard bark and trunks similar to those of oaks or chestnut trees, giving them a sense of strength.
The delicate white flowers that bloom all over this large tree only bloom once every two years.
In addition, the Western Australian government has designated vast areas of virgin forest as protected areas, and only licensed beekeepers are allowed to collect honey in those forests.
Therefore, Jarrah Honey is a rare and valuable honey.
