Domestic shipping and shipping fees

Yamato delivery and shipping charges

1. Delivery Information

We will deliver your order within one week. We also accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. There is a page during the order process where you can specify the delivery date and time.

We also accept delivery to hotels. In that case, please be sure to write the hotel name and the name of the person making the reservation in the delivery information, and specify a date and time up to the day before your check-out date.
Please note that if no date and time is specified, we will need to confirm with you, so we may not be able to deliver on your desired date.

For deliveries within Japan, tax exemptions cannot be applied for online purchases, so food items will be charged including the reduced tax rate (8%) and cosmetics will be charged including consumption tax (10%).
Tax exemption is only available for purchases made at our direct stores and for overseas shipping.

2. Shipping costs

If you purchase items totaling 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax) and have them delivered to one location, shipping will be free.
If you purchase items totaling between 5,000 yen (excluding tax) and 10,000 yen (excluding tax) in one package and have them delivered to one location, we will charge a flat rate of 583 yen for shipping nationwide.
If your purchase total is less than 5,000 yen (excluding tax) and you are shipping to one location, the shipping fee will be as shown below (Shipping Fees by Delivery Area).
