Questions about honey
- Q. My honey has turned white and hard.
A. Due to temperature differences, honey may crystallize into white crystals. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs in natural honey. There are some honeys that are less likely to crystallize, such as acacia honey, but natural honey that contains Pollen rich in various nutrients will eventually crystallize.
It takes time and effort, but we are committed to delivering the products in their natural state, without any modifications.
- Q. What should I do if I want to melt it?
A. Take just the amount of crystallized honey you want to eat into a small container, leave it uncovered, and place it in bath-temperature water.
If you heat it at a high temperature for a long time, the sugar components in the honey may turn brown and darken in color, and the aromatic components may be destroyed, weakening the flavor, so please melt it at as low a temperature as possible.
- Q. How many calories are in honey?
A. It has the same sweetness as sugar but 2/3 the calories. Per 100g, sugar (white sugar) is 384kcal, honey is 303kcal.
- Q. What is the guideline when substituting honey for sugar?
A. If the sweetness felt when eating sugar (white sugar) is 100, then honey is 130. In other words, if you use the same amount of sugar, you can use less honey because it tastes sweeter. When comparing at the same sweetness, honey has about 60% of the calories of sugar.
* Sweetness of honey: 7g (21kcal) = Sweetness of sugar: 9g (35kcal) (21÷35) × 100% = 60% - Q. How soon after opening should honey be consumed?
A. It can be stored at room temperature both before and after opening. Close the lid tightly, store it in a place away from direct sunlight, and consume it as soon as possible regardless of the expiration date. Honey is a food with a high sugar content, so it will not spoil, but the flavor and color will gradually change over time, so we recommend using it within about one year from the date of opening. If you store honey in the refrigerator, the sugar will crystallize and form white lumps, and it will be difficult to remove the contents when you use it. Store it at room temperature regardless of the season. In order to enjoy the high quality flavor, we do not recommend using products that have passed their expiration date.
- Q. I've heard that honey shouldn't be given to infants under 1 year old. Why is that?
A. Honey is not sterilized at high temperatures so that you can enjoy its natural flavor. Honey may contain naturally occurring bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. Please do not give honey to infants under one year old, whose intestinal functions are immature and who have few intestinal bacteria, as there is a risk of developing botulism if they ingest honey. After the age of one, the intestines become more functional, so you can safely feed honey to infants.
- Q. When I put honey in my tea it turned black. Why?
A. Honey contains iron. This iron combines with the tannin in tea to form ferric tannin, which makes the black tea cloudy black. It is not harmful, so you can continue to drink it as is.
Honey with low iron content, i.e., light-colored honey, will not turn black when added to tea. - Q. I can't open the honey container.
A. This is probably because honey has gotten into the gap between the jar and the lid and has hardened.
Turn the jar upside down and place it in a pot or container, then immerse the lid in hot water for about 10 minutes, then put on rubber gloves and turn it counterclockwise.

Questions about supplements
- Q. What is the difference between Propolis concentrate and Propolis Gold granules?
A. Both are health foods whose main ingredient is carefully selected Brazilian Propolis. Generally, depending on the type of Propolis (especially the place of origin and country), the taste can be strong and distinctive. Our Propolis concentrate is made from high-quality Propolis ingredients, so it has been praised for being easy to drink. However, if you are concerned about the smell of Propolis concentrate, we recommend Propolis granules. Propolis Gold granules are soft capsules. For those who have difficulty swallowing, we recommend Propolis concentrate. We have also received feedback from customers that Propolis concentrate is quite helpful when they feel something strange in their throat or mouth.
- Q. What is the difference between Royal Jelly and Propolis?
A. Royal Jelly is a milky white liquid that is secreted from the pharyngeal glands of young worker bees after they eat and absorb Pollen.
It is the queen bee's only source of nutrition, as she lays more than 2,000 eggs a day during peak season, and contains a well-balanced amount of more than 40 types of nutrients, including essential amino acids, vitamins, and the unique component decenoic acid.
It has long been known as a valuable health ingredient. Although the nutrients required by each body are different, Royal Jelly can provide sufficient nutrition. Let it help you stay youthful and healthy.
Propolis is a resinous, viscous substance that bees collect from the buds and sap of various plants and mix with beeswax to keep their hives clean.
It comes from the Latin pro (to protect) and Greek polis (city), and means "protecting the city (beehive)."
Propolis is rich in ingredients that are useful for maintaining health, including artepillin C, flavonoids, various vitamins, and minerals.
It has long been used as a folk remedy in Europe and elsewhere.
Please use this product to maintain your health and replenish your nutrition if you are living a stressful life every day in this stressful society. - Q: When should I take it?
A. お薬ではないので、決まった時間にお召し上がりになる必要はありません。
However, since it is a health food, it is important to take it every day and make it a habit.

A. You can take it with any beverage, but we recommend taking it with water or lukewarm water.

A. Both are nutritional supplements whose main ingredient is carefully selected Royal Jelly.
Super G contains approximately 3,900mg Fresh Royal Jelly in one 20ml bottle, which is equivalent to approximately 8 Royal Jelly Gold tablets.
We recommend the Super G drink to those who wish to consume a higher concentration of Royal Jelly at once (for example, those who wish to be relieved from fatigue immediately) or those who have difficulty swallowing tablets (for example, the elderly and children).
It has a very easy-to-drink, refreshing taste, making it perfect for maintaining the health of the whole family.
We also have packets products available, so please feel free to use those as well. - Q. How should I store it?
A. 高温多湿、直射日光を避け、湿気の少ない涼しい場所に保管して下さい。
After opening, close the lid of the container tightly and store it. When carrying it around in a carrying case, do not put in too many pills at once. As a guide, transfer pills frequently, using about 2-3 days' worth.
Questions about cosmetics
- Q. Can I remove makeup using only Natural Soap?
A. Generally, it can be removed. However, we recommend using a cleansing oil for makeup around the eyes and mouth.
When washing your face, do so gently by rolling the foam over your skin without rubbing it. - Q. What is the expiration date for cosmetics?
A. If unopened, it is 3 years. This is only a guideline, and since it is made from natural ingredients, please use it as soon as possible.
Once opened, we recommend using it within about 3 months. - Q. The color of the mugwort soap seems light.
A. As it is a pigment made from natural mugwort ingredients, it may fade slightly over time. This does not affect the quality, so please use it with confidence.
