Article 1 (Members)
- 1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by our company.
- 2. "Member Information" refers to information concerning the member's attributes and the member's transaction history, etc., that the member discloses to the Company.
- 3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be followed during the registration process and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)
- 1. Membership
Customers who agree to these terms and conditions and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the required registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Please note that we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or who we deem unsuitable. - 2. Enter your membership information
When registering as a member, please read the instructions carefully and enter the required information accurately in the designated input form. Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc. cannot be used when registering member information. If such characters are registered, we will change them. - 3. Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the Member himself/herself and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their own passwords, including by changing them regularly to prevent them from being known to others.
(3) Any expression of intent made to the Company using a password will be deemed to be the member's own expression of intent, and the member will be responsible for all payments etc. arising therefrom.
Article 3 (Changes)
- 1. If there are any changes to the information provided to the Company, such as name or address, a Member must promptly notify the Company.
- 2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the changes are registered will be carried out based on the information before the changes are registered.
Article 4 (Withdrawal from Membership)
If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must complete the cancellation procedure themselves. Your membership will be cancelled once the cancellation procedure has been completed.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership Qualifications and Obligation to Compensate)
- 1. If a member makes a false statement when applying for membership, if he/she fails to pay for mail order purchases, or if there is any other reason that the Company deems the member unsuitable to be a member, the Company may cancel the member's membership.
- 2. If a member commits any of the acts listed below, he/she will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages suffered as a result.
(1) Unauthorized use of membership numbers and passwords
(2) Interfering with our business by accessing this website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website.
(3) Engaging in any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of the products handled by our company
(4) Any other act that violates these Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
The handling of members' personal information shall be in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" established separately by our company. Our company may provide information through methods such as email, push notifications, and direct mail.
Article 7 (International Shipping)

These International Shipping Terms apply to all international shipping services provided to users. By using the international shipping service, the user agrees to comply with these Terms. - 2. Countries and Regions Eligible for Delivery
Eligible shipping destinations are limited to those selectable from the country/region drop-down menu. - 3. Payment
The following payment methods are available for international shipping:
- Credit Card Payment
Online payment using a secure net banking system provided by Sony Payment Services.
- PayPal Payment
Online payment using the Customer’s PayPal account or credit card. For more information about PayPal, please refer to the relevant PayPal resources. - 4. Prices
Product prices displayed on the Website are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY). The selling prices include Japanese consumption tax. For orders shipped outside Japan, the Japanese consumption tax will be deducted from the total at checkout. - 5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in the selling prices of our products posted on the Website. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, the carrier, and the weight of the parcel. These charges will be shown in the shopping cart as shipping fees and are payable by the orederer Full prepayment of the order amount is required for shipment of products.
Depending on the weight or size, the parcel may need to be split into multiple shipments due to customs regulations of the destination country; additional shipping charges may be billed to the orderer. - 6. Customs Duties
Customs duties do not fall within the authority of Sugi Bee Garden and are not included in shipping charges. Depending on the country or region, customs duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs handling fees or other charges may be required upon receipt of the parcel. In such cases, these charges shall be borne by the recipient or orderer. Please check with the relevant local authorities regarding import regulations and duty rates of your country prior to placing an order. - 7. Shipping Services

* Note: Available carriers vary depending on the destination country. - 8. Important Notes Regarding International Shipping
- Preparation Time
We endeavor to ship orders as promptly as possible. Depending on stock availability, we generally strive to ship within 3 to 10 business days of payment completion. Please note that shipping dates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to Japanese public holidays, natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Transit Time
The number of days required for delivery after we dispatch a parcel — varies depending on the destination country and the carrier.
During certain periods, delivery services may be extremely congested, causing delays. For example, in countries that celebrate Christmas, significant local processing and delivery delays may occur during the Christmas season.
Parcels are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays due to carrier closures. Transit times vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures in each country, natural disasters, accidents, and other factors; therefore, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Customs Clearance and Certificates
Parcels may be subject to customs procedures in some countries, which may cause delivery delays or additional charges. Local customs authorities may deny importation, or order the return or disposal of the parcel. In such cases, we will not issue refunds for product prices or shipping charges, nor will we send replacement products.
We cannot provide Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, or similar documentation.
Customs procedures are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any issues after the local arrival of the shipment. For details, contact the relevant local authorities or the local office of your carrier directly. - 9. Liability for Parcels
All parcels dispatched by Sugi Bee Garden are shipped under the EXW (Kumamoto Warehouse) Incoterm. This means that upon dispatch from our premises, all risks and costs transfer to the buyer. The buyer assumes responsibility for the custody and control of the goods during transit until final delivery. We shall not be liable for loss or damage to parcels during transport. In such cases, the buyer must pursue compensation from the carrier. Refunds for damaged or lost goods are based on the carrier`s determined compensetion amount and do not reflect the full value.

- When the Warsaw Convention applies: US$20 per kilogram
- When the Montreal Convention applies: 26 SDR per kilogram
- When the Montreal Protocol No. 4 applies: 17 SDR per kilogram
- In cases other than those listed above: the higher of US$100 or US$20 per kilogram.
- EMS
- JPY 20,000
- SF
- When the Warsaw Convention applies: US$20 per kilogram
- When the Montreal Convention applies: 26 SDR per kilogram
- When the Montreal Protocol No. 4 applies: 17 SDR per kilogram
- In cases other than those listed above:the lesser of US$100, US$20/kg, or US$9.07/lb.
If you wish to increase the liability limit, please indicate this in the remarks field when placing your order. We will confirm any additional charges and then contact you. - 10. Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if you require a refund or exchange.
Refunds or exchanges are acceptable only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- An item is missing from the order.
- The item is defective.
- The product arrived damaged.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted based on personal preferences or subjective reasons.
[Important Notice]
Please check the packaging for any damage immediately upon arrival.
If the outer packaging is obviously damaged, take photos of the parcel before opening it. If the contents are undamaged, you may proceed to use the product. In the event that the product arrives damaged, please take separate photographs of each affected area and submit them as evidence to our team. Upon confirmation that the product is damaged, we will process a refund or exchange. For any complaints, please contact us via the “Contact Us” section on the Sugi Bee Garden website.
The invoice is included in the parcel. Despite our best efforts in packing, please verify that all items on the invoice have been delivered and are accurate.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 10 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of request acceptance. - 11. Order Changes
Order changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product additions, deletions or changes.
- Shipping Address changes.
- Changes to the destination country. This may incur additional charges.
A maximum of two order changes is permitted. - 12. Order Cancellation
Requests for cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. As order preparation begins 12 hours after purchase, no cancellations can be accepted after this window. Please check your details carefully.
- 13. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue international shipping services at any time without prior notice.
Except where the damage is clearly attributable to our fault, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the customer’s use of the international shipping service site, or from the inability to use the service for any reason.
Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)
When using this service, members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.
- 1. Violating laws, regulations, these Terms, the precautions for using the Service, the precautions for shopping on the Service, and other Terms, etc.
- 2. Damaging the rights, interests, reputation, etc. of our company or any other third party
- 3. Any act that may have a negative impact on the mind and body of minors or any act that violates public order and morals

Article 9 (Interruption, Suspension, etc. of Services)

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to our services, including system interruptions, delays, cancellations, loss of data due to failures of communication lines or computers, damages caused by unauthorized access to data, or any other damages incurred by members in relation to our services.
- 2. The company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from our web pages, servers, or domains are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
- 3. The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a member's violation of these terms and conditions.
- 4. We may provide links to other websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
- 5. These terms and conditions and the privacy policy shall be in Japanese as the official text. In the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese version and other language versions provided by the automatic translation feature, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 12 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)
The Company may revise these Terms at its discretion, and may also stipulate terms that supplement these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Any revisions or supplements to these Terms shall take effect when the revised Terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In such cases, Members shall comply with the revised Terms and Supplementary Terms.
Article 13 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
- 1. The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- 2. In the event of a dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions, the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
