Product Description

It has a distinctive taste reminiscent of brown honey and rich caramel.

Jarrah honey is grown in the soil of Western Australia.
Western Australia is said to be one of the cleanest and safest agricultural production areas in the world, with the fewest pests and diseases.
It is an isolated area surrounded by desert and sea, and is supplied with unpolluted water and air.
Jarrah honey is extracted from the eucalyptus tree, which grows naturally in this untouched natural environment.

Characteristics of honey
Jalla honey is deep amber to dark brown in color and has a rich, brown sugar and nutty flavor, but is also mildly sweet.
This honey is very smooth and does not crystallize easily.

Recommended Use
It goes perfectly with slightly salty cheese.
It can be used on bread, yogurt, cereal, and desserts, and can also be added to a variety of dishes, and is delicious on its own.

Source of Jarrah Honey
Jarrah is a large eucalyptus tree (marble eucalyptus) that grows only in southwestern Australia.
Some trees take hundreds of years to grow to over 30 meters in height, with hard bark and trunks like those of oaks or sawtooth oaks, giving them a sense of strength. The delicate white flowers that bloom all over these trees only bloom once every two years.
In addition, the Western Australian government has designated vast areas of virgin forest as protected areas, and only licensed beekeepers are allowed to harvest honey in those forests. This makes Jarrah honey a rare and valuable honey.
