Fully ripe kumquats that have been painstakingly grown by hand are simmered in a sweet syrup using our famous honey!
"Fully Ripe Kumquats HOUGYOKU" carefully grown in the kumquat fields of SUGI BEE GARDEN in Kumamoto Prefecture,
These are freshly picked vegetables, slowly simmered in honey until sweet and sour.

It's been about 20 years since we planted the kumquat trees, and now the kumquats are at their tastiest.
