手作業で丹精込めて育てた「完熟きんかん」を、自慢の「はちみつ」で甘露煮に!

熊本県にある杉養蜂園のきんかん畑で大切に育てられた「完熟きんかん蜂玉(ほうぎょく)」を、
採れたて新鮮なまま、はちみつでじっくり煮込んだ甘露煮です。

きんかんの木を植えて約二十年、今が一番おいしいきんかんです。

そのままはもちろん、ヨーグルトと合わせても絶品です。

※まれに気泡や沈殿物が発生することがありますが、きんかんの特性によるものですので品質上問題ありません。
