This is a special kumquat that has ripened through natural pollination by honeybees in our company-owned kumquat farm in Kumamoto.
They are carefully grown on the tree until fully ripe, and only those that are hand-picked one by one with care can be harvested.

The flesh is thick and juicy.
It features a solid sweetness with a sugar content of 16 to 20 degrees.
Because it has little bitterness, you can enjoy it deliciously as it is, with the skin.

Only by eating it raw can you understand it.
Please enjoy the gentle sweetness and fragrance of fully ripe kumquats.
