"Hogyoku" is a special kumquat that is carefully grown in the kumquat fields of Kumamoto and is the result of pollination by Pollen. Only the ones that are fully ripe on the tree are carefully hand-picked one by one. They are characterized by their sweetness with a sugar content of 16 to 20 degrees and their freshness, and can be enjoyed as is.
