We use the juice of the Alphonso mango, which is said to be the king of mangoes from India, the kingdom of fruit.
Mangoes contain vitamin A, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and folic acid, making them a food that supports a balanced daily diet.
It can also be used as an ingredient for mango lassi and mango pudding.
