Temari Sushi

Ingredients (*for people who can easily make)
- Vinegared rice...rice
2 cups

How to make it
1Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker, add sake and a little less water than the recommended amount, place kelp on top and cook. Put the sushi vinegar ingredients in a small pot, heat it, and dissolve the sugar and salt.
Transfer the cooked rice into a large bowl, sprinkle with sushi vinegar, mix well with a rice scoop in a chopping motion, and fan to cool.
Divide the finished vinegared rice into 21 equal parts and roll them into balls.
2- Place a pieces of tuna on the plastic wrap, then place a roll of vinegared rice on top, squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel and roll it into a ball, remove the plastic wrap and top with wasabi.
- Place one pieces of salmon on a sheet of plastic wrap, then place a roll of vinegared rice on top, squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel and roll it into a ball, remove the plastic wrap and top with chopped green onions.
- Place 1 pieces on the plastic wrap, then place 1/2 a shiso leaf and rolled up vinegared rice on top, in that order. Squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel and roll it into a ball, remove the plastic wrap and place the murame on top.
- Place a pieces of sea bream on the plastic wrap, place a rolled up vinegared rice on top, squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel and roll it into a ball, remove the plastic wrap and place some green sprouts on top.
・Devein the shrimp and boil them with the shells on. Once cooked, remove the shells and cut them in half lengthwise.
Place one boiled shrimp on the plastic wrap, then place a roll of vinegared rice on top, squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel and roll it into a ball, remove the plastic wrap and place the shredded egg on top.
3Place one slice of pickled eggplant on the plastic wrap, then place a roll of vinegared rice on top, squeeze the plastic wrap like a tea towel, roll it into a ball, and remove the plastic wrap.
4Cut the pickled mustard greens to bite size pieces, place the rolled vinegared rice on top, wrap it up and roll it into a ball, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make temari sushi.
