Pickles of autumn vegetables

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Yuzu & Honey (SUGI BEE GARDEN Product)
2 to 3 tablespoons
- Your favorite vegetables
Appropriate amount
- Vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 cup
- Water [A]
1/2 cup
- Salt [A]
1 teaspoon
How to make it
1Put 【A】 into a pot and bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it cool before adding Yuzu & Honey and mixing.
2Cut your preferred vegetables into a size that is easy to eat.
Vegetables that can be eaten raw should be briefly boiled in hot water with added salt (amount not specified).
Other vegetables should be boiled quickly just enough to retain some crunch.
3While the boiled vegetables are still hot, place them in a sterilized jar and pour the pickling liquid (1) over them.
Leave it in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors meld.
