Ingredients (*1 serving)

  • Honey (Acacia Honey)

    50g

  • Soybean flour

    50g (1:1 ratio, so use whatever amount you like)

How to make it

1Mix honey and kinako in a thick plastic bag.
*If you have hard honey, put it in a heat-resistant container and lightly heat it in the microwave to make it easier to mix. Acacia Honey is recommended.

2Roll out into a thin rectangle, sprinkle soybean flour (not included in the recipe) on the surface, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to cut.
*If desired, insert a toothpick to make it easier to eat.
