How to make it

1Combine the miso paste, Yuzu & Honey, and chopped green onions.

2Once the rice is cooked, add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the rice balls until they are lightly browned.

3Place sliced cheese on the finished grilled rice balls, then top with the mixed yuzu miso, cover with aluminum foil, and brown in a toaster or fish grill until done.
