How to make it
1The sauce is complete just by mixing mayonnaise and Lemon & Honey.
2Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse in salted water and drain on paper towels.
Then place in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and sesame oil, and rub together to season.
3Coat ② with potato starch and fry in oil at about 170 degrees.
4Mix the fried shrimp with the sauce in step ①.
