- Ginger Pickled in Honey slices only (no syrup)
50g~80g
- soy sauce

- Powdered soup stock
1 teaspoon
- Liquor
大さじ1
- Spring onion
Appropriate amount (mushrooms or fried tofu as desired)
How to make it
1Slice the ginger into thin strips.
2Add seasonings, ginger, and your favorite ingredients to the washed rice, then add water up to the 2 cups mark and cook.
3Once cooked, add the onions and mix.
