  • Japanese leek

  • [A] Soy sauce

    80cc

  • 【A】Water

    30cc

  • [A] Honey and Apple Vinegar

    30cc

  • [A] Acacia Honey Made in Romania

    大さじ1

  • 【A】ごま油

    大さじ1

  • [A] Ground sesame

    大さじ1

  • [A] Grated garlic (tube)

    3cm

  • [A] Black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon

How to make it

1Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the eggs and boil for 7 minutes. Quickly remove them from the water and peel them.

2Finely chop the green onions. Combine the ingredients (A) in a bowl, add the green onions and mix.

3Place ① in a storage container, pour ② over the eggs, and chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

4[One tip to make it even more delicious!]
When making boiled eggs, use cold eggs straight out of the refrigerator to make beautiful soft-boiled eggs. If you cool boiled eggs quickly, they will be easier to peel. The longer you soak them, the more flavor they will absorb and the tastier they will be.
