- Pork spare ribs
600g
- Grated garlic【A】

- Gochujang【A】

- honey【A】

- soy sauce【A】

How to make it
1Place the spare ribs in a heavy-duty plastic bag and mix well.【A】Add the ingredients, close the opening, and knead with your hands until well combined.
2Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and place ① on top with the sauce.
Bake in an oven preheated to 230°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
