[Manuka Honey (Monofloral Manuka Honey)]
Beehives were set up in New Zealand's Manuka forests, and honey was harvested in collaboration with local beekeepers during the flowering season. The freshly harvested Manuka Honey is carefully bottled at our factory in Japan.
Unlike the less distinctive flavors of lotus and acacia, this honey is characterized by its rich, full-bodied taste and fragrant aroma. Please enjoy the unique depth that Manuka honey offers.
What is Manuka?
"Manuka" is a shrub native to New Zealand that blooms with delicate white and pink flowers from spring to summer. It has been cherished by local people for a long time and is also popular as a source of honey.
Recommended way to eat
You can consume 1 to 3 pieces per day as a guideline. It is also recommended to serve it with yogurt or bread.
*Pure honey may crystallize and turn white depending on the type of flower and storage temperature. It is also delicious to eat as is.
To melt it, place the amount you wish to consume in hot water at approximately 40 to 42 degrees Celsius.
