Propolis is produced by honeybees from the buds and resin of the Baccharis tree, which grows native to Brazil.
How to eat
Add 1ml (as indicated by the dropper mark) per day to milk, juice, etc. and consume.
It tastes even better when mixed with honey.
*Since it is a liquid, you can mix it with water or hot water and use it as a gargle.
This product is a 30ml bottle of liquid Propolis.
Add an appropriate amount to your drink and drink.
You can also add a small amount to lukewarm water and use it as a gargle.
