You can enjoy it as a drink by dissolving Fruit Juice Infused Honey in water in a ratio of about 1:5, or as a substitute for jam on bread, yogurt, or ice cream. It is also perfect for sherbet, jelly, or chuhai, made by mixing shochu with carbonated water.
What is Haskap?
The name Haskap comes from the Ainu word "Hashikap", which means "something that grows in abundance on a branch". It has small, blue-purple fruits, characterized by the fact that one fruit grows from two flowers. It grows wild in cool regions such as eastern Russia and Canada, and its main habitat in Japan is Hokkaido. It is believed that it spread to Hokkaido when migratory birds from Siberia carried the seeds.
The difference between haskap and blueberries
Appearance: While blueberries are spherical, haskap berries are oval in shape.
Taste: Haskap has a strong sour taste, and because its skin is thin and it is full of juice, the flavor fills your mouth.
Distribution: Because haskap fruits are soft and easy to crush, they are mainly sold as processed products.

Three basic ways to use Fruit Juice Infused Honey

*Since honey is a natural product, do not give it to infants under one year old.
*Fruit juice-derived ingredients may float, settle, or separate, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Shake well before use.
*Honey may crystallize. It is delicious as is, but if you want to return it to a liquid state, open the lid and place it slowly in a hot water bath at around 40℃ away from direct heat.
*Since natural ingredients are used, changes in quality such as browning may occur.
*High temperatures may cause changes in quality or deformation of the container. Also, please be careful not to subject the container or cap to shocks or store it on its side, as this may cause damage or honey leakage.
*Please consume as soon as possible after opening.
