We have received a notice from Japan Post regarding delays in mail delivery (EMS) due to the impact of the spread of COVID-19.



Please understand that there are delays in postal delivery in many countries around the world, and that it may take several days for your package to be delivered.



Due to the global spread of the COVID-19 virus, various countries and regions have taken measures such as suspending the acceptance of international mail, and flights to and from Japan have been significantly reduced or suspended, resulting in the disruption of transportation routes.4Month2Starting from Thursday, we will be temporarily suspending the acceptance of some international mail for the time being.
