Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

  • eggplant

    Two

  • Salad oil

    Appropriate amount

  • Fresh basil

    Appropriate amount

  • Noodle soup[Marube sauce]

    大さじ3

  • water[Marube sauce]

    大さじ3

  • Apple cider vinegar[Marube sauce]

    大さじ1

  • You can make this with other vegetables as well as eggplant.

How to make it

1Remove the stem from the eggplant and use a peeler to peel the skin vertically into stripes 1cm apart.

2[Marube sauce]Put into a bowl and mix.

3Deep fry the eggplant in 180℃ oil and serve while hot.[Marube sauce]Put it in and let it cool.

4Serve in a bowl, garnish with basil and it's done.
