Ingredients (*Easy to make amount for 1 person)

  • pumpkin

    200g

  • Raisins

    About 10g

  • Sliced almonds

    Appropriate amount

  • mayonnaise

    1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Pure Honey Vinegar

    大さじ1

  • Granulated consommé

    1/2 teaspoon

  • salt

    1/2 teaspoon

How to make it

1Remove the skin and pulp from the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Lightly roast the sliced almonds in a frying pan.

2Place the pumpkin in a heat-resistant container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 4 to 5 minutes until soft, then mash it while it's still hot.

3Once cooled, add the pure Honey Vinegar, granulated consommé, salt, mayonnaise, sliced almonds and raisins, mix well and it's done.
