Marinated Salmon

- Salmon (for sashimi)
Approximately 150g
- onion
1/2 piece
- Yuzu & Honey 【A】
1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil 【A】

How to make it
1Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion, soak in water, and squeeze out the water.
2In a bowl 【A】Add and mix, then add 1 and mix well.
3Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to let the flavors blend and then it's done.
