Cold Shabu-Shabu Salad

- Pork loin for shabu-shabu
150g~200g
- lettuce

How to make it
1Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the cucumber and ginger, cut the radish sprouts in half lengthwise, cut the tomato in half, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
