How to make it

1Peel the Chinese yam and cut it into 4cm-long batons. Yamaimo discolors easily, so use it immediately after cutting.

2Sprinkle salt on the okra and rub it to remove the downy fuzz. Remove the tough calyx, boil in salted boiling water for about a minute, then transfer to cold water and cut diagonally into two equal pieces.

3Shred the shiso leaves and soak in water.

4In a bowl 【A】Combine the ingredients, add 1 and 2, toss, plate and garnish with shiso leaves to finish.
