Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

  • Bitter melon

    1/2 bottle

  • Dried bonito

    1 pack

  • White sesame

    大さじ1

  • salt

    a little

  • Wild Flower Honey 【A】

    1/2 tablespoon

  • Soy sauce 【A】

    大さじ1

  • Sesame oil 【A】

    大さじ1

How to make it

1Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and pulp, slice into 0.5 mm thick slices, sprinkle lightly with salt and rub, boil briefly and then drain in cold water.

2In a bowl 【A】Mix in the ingredients, then add the drained ingredients from step 1, bonito flakes, and white sesame seeds, toss, and it's done. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
