How to make it
1Poke several holes in the skin of the chicken with a fork and lightly coat with flour.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken skin-side down and fry for about 5 minutes.
3Once browned, flip it over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
4Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel 【A】Pour in and simmer until glossy.
5Serve in a bowl with accompanying vegetables and you're done.
