  • Boiled octopus

    150g

  • turnip

    About 3

  • Petit tomatoes

    5 to 6 pieces

How to make it

1Peel the turnip and cut it into bite-sized pieces, and cut the tomato and octopus into the same size pieces.

2Thinly slice the onion and soak in water.

3In a bowl 【A】Add and mix well.

4Add 1 and the drained onion to 3, mix roughly, and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the flavors to blend.

5Serve in serving bowls, sprinkle with Italian parsley and black pepper and serve.
