Inari sushi

Ingredients (*Easy to make amount for 1 person)
- Rice
2 cups
- Fried tofu

- [Sushi vinegar]sugar

- [Sushi vinegar]salt

- Wild Flower Honey 【A】
大さじ4
- Soy sauce 【A】
大さじ4
- Liquor 【A】 大さじ2
sweet sake 【A】 大さじ1
How to make it
1Cut the fried tofu in half horizontally, open it up, and boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes to remove the oil. Then drain in a colander and lightly drain the water.
2In a pot 【A】Bring to a boil, add the fried tofu, cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 7 minutes, then cool.
3Serve with hot rice[Sushi vinegar]Pour the ingredients and mix with a cutting motion using a rice spoon. Once cooled, add the white sesame seeds and mix lightly.
4Lightly squeeze 2, roll 3 into balls and add it, then fold the tops of the fried tofu and it's done.
