  • Yuzu & Honey

    45cc

  • Saikyo miso【A】

    40g

  • Mixed miso【A】

    10g

  • Liquor【A】

    大さじ1

  • Grated yuzu peel

    as you like

How to make it

1In a pot【A】Add the ingredients and place on low heat. Mix well with a wooden spatula, then add Yuzu & Honey and mix while evaporating the water to avoid burning. If desired, add grated yuzu peel and mix.

2Heat for about 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. (Once cooled, transfer to a sterilized storage container and store in the refrigerator. Use within 1 to 2 weeks.)
