Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

  • Small Tomato

    2 to 3 pieces (around 200g)

  • Raw scallops for sashimi

    100g

  • Lemon & Honey

    大さじ2

  • Apple Vinegar

    大さじ1.5

  • Extra virgin olive oil

    大さじ1

  • basil

    1 to 2 pieces

  • Salt, black pepper

    Appropriate amount

How to make it

1Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized wedges.

2Lightly sear the surfaces of the raw scallops on a grill or similar, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.

3Add ① and ② to a bowl and sprinkle with a moderate amount of salt.
Mix Lemon & Honey and Apple Vinegar well and add it, then drizzle in the oil and lightly mix everything together.

4Place ③ into serving bowls, sprinkle with basil leaves and black pepper to finish.
