Ingredients (*Serves 2)

  • Pork belly

    10枚

  • Asparagus

    4 bottles

  • Paprika (red and yellow)

    1/2 each

  • Green beans

    4 bottles

  • Salad oil

  • flour

    As appropriate

  • salt

  • Liquor【A】

    大さじ2

  • Soy sauce【A】

    大さじ1

  • Honey and Apple Vinegar【A】

How to make it

1Peel the tough base of the asparagus with a peeler, boil it together with the beans in salted water for about 1 minute, then drain in a colander and cut it in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into 1cm strips.

2Spread each piece of pork out, place the vegetables on top, and roll it up from the front to back. Sprinkle with flour to coat lightly.

3Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place 2 in with the end of the roll facing down.
Leave it for about 1 minute without moving it, then when the end of the roll has set, roll it and bake for about 5 minutes.

4Once browned all over【A】Add the ingredients and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes.

5Serve in a bowl with accompanying vegetables and you're done.
