Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Freshly cooked rice

    2 cups

  • [Sushi vinegar] Apple Vinegar and Made in Hungary Acacia Honey

    1/4 cup or 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Fish for sashimi (your choice)

    8 slices

  • Shrimp

    2 tails

  • Perilla, tree buds

How to make it

Mix Apple Vinegar, Made in Hungary Acacia Honey, and salt to make sushi vinegar, quickly mix it with freshly cooked rice, let it cool, and make vinegared rice.

2Remove the tails, legs and shells from the shrimp, wash them in salted water, boil briefly and drain in a colander.

3Mix the eggs with salt and sugar, then fry in a frying pan with salad oil to make a thin omelet, then divide into two equal parts.

4Place each ingredient on a sheet of plastic wrap, then place vinegared rice lightly rolled into balls the size of ping pong balls on top. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist like a tea towel to make a round shape.

5Remove the plastic wrap, place on a serving dish, and top with kinome leaf buds, salmon roe, and dill.
