Vinegar and honey strawberry vinegar
Ingredients (*1 serving)
- Pure Honey Vinegar
大さじ1
- Wild Flower Honey
大さじ1
- water
150㏄
- Strawberries (or your favorite fruit)
as you like
How to make it
1Mix the pure Honey Vinegar and Wild Flower Honey thoroughly.
2Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. (You can use any fruit you like.)
3Combine 1 and 2 in a large bowl.
4Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then pour into a glass, garnish with mint, and it's done. It tastes better if you let it steep for a while rather than just serving it fresh.
