Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh

  • Paprika (medium)・Asparagus

    2 of each

  • Cashews

    20g

  • Salad oil

    Appropriate amount

  • Liquor【A】

    2 teaspoons

  • Soy sauce and potato starch【A】

    1 teaspoon each

  • salt【A】

  • Oyster sauce, sake, soy sauce【B】

    1 tablespoon each

  • Wild Flower Honey【B】

    2 teaspoons

  • Water-soluble potato starch (potato starch:water 1:2)【B】

How to make it

1Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.【A】Mix with the seasoning ingredients.

2Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the skin off the base of the asparagus with a peeler and cut them diagonally into 3cm lengths.

3【B】Mix the combined seasonings well.

4Heat a moderate amount of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the paprika over medium heat, then remove it from the frying pan.

5Add oil to the same frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry. When it is nicely browned, add the asparagus and stir fry. When it is cooked through, add ④ and ③ and stir fry. Finally, add the cashew nuts and stir fry until it is done.
