  • Okra

    8 bottles

  • Dried bonito

    As appropriate

  • White sesame

    As appropriate

  • Plum flesh (seeds removed and pounded with a knife)【A】

  • Light soy sauce【A】

How to make it

1Sprinkle salt on the okra, rub it with a board to remove the down and scrape off the calyx. Boil water in a pot, add the okra, boil briefly, then drain in cold water.

2【A】Combine the plum sauce ingredients.

3Wipe off any excess water thoroughly, cut the okra into bite-sized pieces, combine with 2, sprinkle with bonito flakes and white sesame seeds, and serve.
