Refreshing watermelon vinegar made with pure Honey Vinegar
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- watermelon
1/4 piece
- Carbonated water
300㏄
- Pure Honey Vinegar
大さじ1
- Honey and Apple Vinegar
大さじ1
- water
30㏄
- mint
As appropriate
How to make it
1Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces, soak the mint in water for about 30 minutes to bring out the aroma, and then chill both well.
2Dissolve pure Honey Vinegar, Honey and Apple Vinegar in 30cc of water and mix thoroughly.
3Add all ingredients to a chilled glass and stir gently.
