  • Pure Honey Vinegar【A】

  • Light soy sauce【A】

How to make it

1Cut the core of the cabbage diagonally, separate the leaves from the core and cut into 3cm cubes. Cut the thick part of the core side diagonally and sprinkle salt all over.

2【A】Bring the combined seasonings to a boil in a pot and let cool.

3Boil water in another pot and pour the boiling water over the cabbage in a colander, then squeeze out the water.

4In a bowl【A】Add the combined seasonings and cabbage, chill in the refrigerator well, and allow the flavors to blend.
