Refreshing Honey Miso Grilled Pork

How to make it
1Cut the pork shoulder roast in about 5 places along the tendons, then pound it with a meat tenderizer.【A】Place in a storage bag along with the combined seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
2Peel the tough skin from the base of the asparagus with a peeler, boil it briefly in boiling water with a little salt, then transfer it to cold water. Cut the pepper into 1cm slices along the grain, and cut the lemon into round slices.
3Heat salad oil in a frying pan, take the pork out of the refrigerator and let it sit for about 30 minutes to return to room temperature, then fry it on both sides over low to medium heat, being careful not to burn it.
4Once the pork is cooked, add the paprika and any leftover【A】Add the combined seasonings, turn up the heat a little, and mix well.
5Serve with asparagus and lemon.
