Ingredients (Serves 3-4)

  • cooked rice

  • Pure Honey Vinegar【A】

    1/4 cup

  • salt【A】

    Just under 1 teaspoon

  • Sakura denbu and green laver

    Each appropriate amount

  • Add shredded egg to taste

How to make it

1Pour the well-mixed mixture A over freshly cooked rice and cool it down while fanning it with a fan or something similar.

2Mix 1/3 of the sushi rice with sakura denbu and 1/3 with green laver.

3Put the green nori sushi rice (step 2), white sushi rice, and sakura denbu sushi rice into the mold in that order, and garnish with shredded egg or other ingredients as desired.
