Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh

    1枚

  • Seasoning

    (8cc each of soy sauce and sake, 5cc of sesame oil)

  • Red and yellow peppers

    1/4 of each

  • green pepper

    2 pieces

  • onion

    1/4 piece

  • potato starch

    Appropriate amount

  • Frying oil

    Appropriate amount

  • Water-soluble potato starch

    Appropriate amount

  • Sweet and sour

    (40cc Honey and Apple Vinegar, 15cc pure Honey Vinegar, 30cc soy sauce, 20cc sake)

How to make it

1Remove excess fat and tendons from the chicken thighs, cut them into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the seasoning ingredients, rub together thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes.

2Cut the paprika, bell peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces and quickly deep fry them.
Coat the chicken in potato starch, shake off the excess, place in medium-heated oil and fry until crispy. When all the chicken is fried, drain the oil.

3Add all the sweet and sour ingredients to a deep frying pan and heat.
Once it boils, pour in the water-dissolved potato starch, and once it thickens, reduce the heat.
Add all of ② and mix well to combine the sweet vinegar and ingredients.
