Sour Apple Compote

Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
- apple
1 piece
- Pure Honey Vinegar
50cc
- sugar
70g
- water
250cc
- White wine
50cc (if not available, 300cc of water will do)
How to make it
1Slice the apples, with the skin on, into 12 to 16 evenly spaced wedges.
2Add step 1 and all remaining ingredients to a pot and heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover with a paper lid or similar and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
3Leave it in the broth until it cools down.
Transfer the broth into a storage container and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving.
