Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Chicken thigh

- Liquor

How to make it
1Remove excess fat and tendons from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly coat both sides with potato starch.
2Heat oil in a frying pan and slowly fry 1, skin side down, over medium-low heat.
Once both sides are thoroughly cooked, turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil with paper towel.
