Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh

    1枚

  • Your favorite miso

    30〜40g【A】

  • honey

    20〜30cc【A】

  • Liquor

    大さじ1【A】

  • Grated ginger, grated garlic

    a little【A】

  • Yellow pepper

    1/4 piece

  • Petit tomatoes

    6 to 8 pieces

  • Versatile green onion

    a little

  • potato starch

    Appropriate amount

  • Salad oil

    1 teaspoon

How to make it

1Remove excess fat and tendons from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly coat both sides with potato starch.

2Heat oil in a frying pan and slowly fry 1, skin side down, over medium-low heat.
Once both sides are thoroughly cooked, turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil with paper towel.

3Mix thoroughly with ②【A】Add the ingredients and mix thoroughly with the meat, then turn the heat back on and stir fry over low heat.
When the sauce becomes shiny and thick and coats the meat well, turn off the heat and serve in serving bowls.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and garnish with lightly grilled yellow peppers and cherry tomatoes.
