How to make it
1Peel the daikon radish into thick slices and cut it into thin strips lengthwise along the grain. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips as well.
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and set aside for a while.
2Put ①, which has been thoroughly squeezed out, into another bowl or tray.
Dissolve and mix well【A】Sprinkle the seasonings over the dish and place in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
