Fruit Juice Infused Honey
Ingredients (*for as many people as you like)
- Your favorite Fruit Juice Infused Honey
150ml
- Powdered agar
4g
- water
350ml
How to make it
1Put the powdered agar and water in a pot, place over medium heat, and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
2Remove from heat, add your favorite Fruit Juice Infused Honey to step 1, stir well, and allow to cool.
3Pour step 2 into a pouring tin and chill in the refrigerator until solidified.
4Cut 3 into your desired shape and arrange on a plate.
