Honey University Sweet Potato

Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
- Sweet potato
1 medium size (approximately 250-300g)
- honey【A】
45cc
- soy sauce【A】
7.5cc
- sweet sake【A】
5cc
- Frying oil
Appropriate amount
- Black sesame

How to make it
1Cut the sweet potato into small chunks and soak in water for a while.
2Heat the frying oil and begin frying the sweet potatoes (step 1), which have been thoroughly wiped dry, slowly over a low heat.
Gradually increase the heat and cook thoroughly until the inside is done, and when the surface is lightly browned and crispy, drain the oil.
3In a frying pan【A】Add and heat.
Bring to a gentle boil and reduce slightly, then add ② and mix well until the sauce is well combined.
Serve in a bowl and finish by sprinkling a little black sesame seeds on top.
