  • Ginger Pickled in Honey ginger slices (minced)

How to make it

1Make several cuts in the pork between the fat and lean parts with a knife.
Lightly sprinkle potato starch on one side.

2Heat oil in a frying pan, place the pork in the frying pan, and fry on both sides over medium heat.
