  • Saikyo miso【A】

    40g

  • Mixed miso【A】

    10g

  • Liquor【A】

    大さじ1

  • Yuzu & Honey

    45cc

  • Warm white rice

    Appropriate amount

  • Black sesame seeds to taste

How to make it

1In a pot【A】Add and simmer on low heat.
Mix well with a wooden spatula, then add Yuzu & Honey and mix while evaporating the water, being careful not to burn it.

2Cook for about 5 minutes then turn off the heat.
(Once cooled, transfer to a sterilized storage container and store in the refrigerator. Use within 1 to 2 weeks.)

3Make small rice balls, spread the yuzu miso on the surface, and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top if desired.
